This article is about the warranty on products you buy from Clickandone.com All goods offered from Clickandone are checked for quality, including checks of the appearance of each product, the function of the hardware and software, the packaging, and inclusion of applicable accessories and power adapters. Clickandone is willing to communicate openly, promptly, and carefully with all customers inin casef any issues concerning received goods. If you are a customer with goods that seem to have a problem, please contact us before initiating complaints with Paypal or your credit card provider. NOT INCLUDED IN THE WARRANTY:

When is the beginning of the 12 Month Warranty?
The warranty period begins by the time the goods are delivered by the initial consignee. In case of resellers, this is when the vendor receives the goods from Clickandone.ltd. The period is exactly 365 days from that time. For example, a product on the 365th day can actually be covered, but a product on the 366th can no longer be covered.
In case delivery methods or destinations that don’t feature confirmed delivery tracking date, we will take the assumption that the warranty period starts on the 30th day after we sent out your order.
Who pays for the returnings etc.?
Under what circumstances the Returns/Compensation are not approved by Clickandone?
Here are presented the instances where a customer will not be able to return and/or compensation:
- Unapproved returns or returned products not processed through Clickandone’s RMA procedure; - Products that the warranty period has expired - Received returned products that are damaged because of an inadequate return packaging - Products that have been approved to be returned through our RMA procedure but have been confirmed by our QC engineers not to be broken and indeed well-functioning after testing, will not be returned to the buyer, unless he pays for ththe returnhipping; - Physically damaged or broken goods caused by misuse or mishandling, subjects to manufacture technical test result - Returns of your unwanted, unsold yet functional products; - Products bought by mistake. We will send you exactly what you have ordered, so please make sure you have read the descriptions carefully before buying a product. If the receiver of a delivery refuses or fails to accept a delivery for any short of reason, including refusal to comply with customs clearance/costs or just having an incorrect address, Clickandone will not accept any liability and the customer will not be eligble for compensation.
